A Few Core Moves

I. Position yourself into WARRIOR ONE
II. Place your hands on your hips and rotate your hips so you are facing forwards.
III. Your bent knee is at right angles with your ankle
IV. Your back leg is straight with toes turned in
V. Lift your front arm towards the ceiling and look up at your facing palm. Hold for 8 breaths
Repeat on the other side
