We believe that with only 15 minutes of dynamic core pilates everyday you will see a difference in your body. You can pick and choose whether you do double sessions (30 minutes) or triple sessions (45 minutes), depending on your time and daily schedule.  “I’m too busy to exercise” is no longer an excuse. Breathing

One of the first things you learn when practising Pilates is how to breathe in and out without letting go of the abdominal muscles. Breathing in through the nose expanding your ribcage and out through the mouth, relaxing your neck and shoulders, pulling your belly button towards your spine. With every movement, we breathe.
The Core

The Core is your centre, where movement begins and ends. The Core doesn’t just refer to your abdominals, but to the entire area comprising deep abdominals, pelvis, butt and lower back muscles - it’s your powerhouse and you use it throughout every exercise. Without a strong centre, every movement is superficial.
