I.Sit upright with your knees bent infront of you and your arms reaching forward.
II.Breathe in through the nose and as you exhale, scoop your belly button towards your spine leaning backwards as low as you can go
III.Keep your neck long and hold for a count of 16
IV.Place your hands on your thighs and roll up
Repeat 3 times.
